Notting Hill - did you bump into Julia?? Earl of London, Shannon's Pub....the Dalys are well represented in London. So funny to see all the houses painted a different colour. Guess it is easy to find your house if you had a little too much to drink. Did you buy anything at the Trendy shopping. There seems to be a lot of markets over there which is fun.
ReplyDeleteYou guys sure saw and did a lot in your 3 weeks. It will be a big letdown when you get back home to the quiet or maybe you will be busy wrapping all that Christmas shopping you did at Notting Hills.

We were just window shopping. There were too many zeros on the price tags in That neighborhood. it was sure fun to look though. We had awesome sausage and chips (fries) for lunch at Banger Bros, we have had lots of great food.....I'm afraid to step on the scale......good thing we walk a lot.

ReplyDeleteYes we head home on Friday and Calgary had a snow fall on Tuesday of 12cm and the temp for Friday is in the below 0 range..........maybe we should be extending our stay!!!!

ReplyDeleteLinda the weather station said -12 tomorrow for Calgary. You better not pack that scarf, keep it out to wear. We were plus 12 today but going down to the single digits tomorrow and possibly some snow by Saturday with the temp at 0.
ReplyDeleteAs Cathy says it has been a lot of fun enjoying your London trip with you as it was following Cathy and Glenn when they were in Paris. Have a good trip home. Carolyn won't know what to do with herself for a few days. Good time to catch up on some sleep for Carolyn and the wee one.
Last day..... hmmm is there time to upload photos of your final stay in your hotel.... or perhaps some photos of the current state of the baby's room.... or your last meal in London.... Boy am I ever greedy..... hee hee
